Aegis Communications Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 4, 2026

Aegis Communications LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about our services, get support, and do business with us. We work to make www.aegisvoip.com usable by as many people as possible, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use.

1. Our Standard

We use the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as the standard for this website, and we follow the newer WCAG 2.2 guidance where practical. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, speech, cognitive, or neurological disabilities.

We consider this website partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: we believe most of the site meets the standard, and we are working on the areas that may not yet fully meet it, including those listed under Known Limitations below. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.

2. What We Have Done

  • Keyboard access. Every menu, link, button, and control can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator, and a "Skip to content" link on every page.
  • Screen reader support. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, labeled buttons and links, and text alternatives for meaningful images. Decorative graphics and animations are hidden from screen readers.
  • Color and contrast. Text and important graphics are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and we avoid relying on color alone to convey information.
  • Motion you control. Animations can be paused at any time with the "Pause animations" button near the top of each page and in the footer. Your choice is remembered, and if your device is set to reduce motion, animations start paused automatically.
  • Audio alternatives. The audio samples on our network page come with a written transcript.
  • Readable on any screen. Pages reflow for small screens and work with browser zoom and text enlargement up to 200% without loss of content.
  • Plain language. We try to explain our services clearly and avoid unnecessary jargon.
  • Testing. We check the site with automated accessibility testing tools and by hand with a keyboard, and we intend to have it evaluated by an independent accessibility specialist.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Decorative network animation. The animated network map behind the headline on some pages includes a small hidden mouse game. It is decorative, carries no information, is hidden from assistive technology, and can be paused. Nothing on the site depends on it.
  • Third-party content and services. Some features are provided by other companies and are not under our direct control, including embedded videos, maps, the Apple App Store and Google Play listings, and our separately hosted customer, voice, and billing portals. We choose providers that maintain their own accessibility programs, and we will help you get the same information or service another way if any of them gets in your way.
  • Animated diagrams. Some pages illustrate how our network works with animated diagrams. Each one is accompanied by text that explains what it shows, and they pause with the rest of the site's animations.

4. Other Ways to Reach Us

You never need to use this website to do business with us. Everything here, including sales information, support, billing questions, and our policies, is also available by phone, text, or email:

Relay service users are welcome to call us through their preferred relay service. Support is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central, with voicemail, email, and text available at any time.

5. Feedback and Requests

If you have trouble using any part of this website, find content you cannot access, or need information in a different format, please tell us. It helps to include the web address of the page, a short description of the problem, and the device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and to provide the information or service you need, or a timeline for a fix, as quickly as we reasonably can. Your feedback goes directly to our team, and we use it to improve the site for everyone.

6. Our Ongoing Commitment

We review this website for accessibility as we add and change content, and we update this statement as we make improvements. Accessibility of our phone services, mobile apps, and customer portals is also important to us; if anything about our services creates a barrier for you, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
